Accommodations
The Sheraton Columbia has a special group rate of $119.00 for single / double plus tax for your reunion. Space is limited. Call 410-730-3900 to make your reservations and request the “Atholton 88 Reunion” group rate. Reservations must be received no later than September 25. After this date, price and availability are not guaranteed.
Reunion Costs
The committee hired A+ Reunions so no one person or group invests countless hours for this reunion. Using their service means all we have to do for our reunion is have a good time. Everyone who attends shares the cost, and we get to enjoy the results! All aspects of the reunion are covered in the package price including: facility rental, food, tax, gratuity, alumni research, postage, printing, photo nametags, decor, music, reunion staffing, publicity and website. Occasionally, changes in market conditions or attendance may force last minute changes or substitutions.

To get the best registration price and accommodations at the special rate, you must pre-register by August 25. Registration at the door may be limited, is not guaranteed, and will cost $20.00 more per person, cash only.
Reunion Tips
Do your homework, thumb through your yearbook to remind yourself of fun stories and fond memories. Remember to bring your camera and extra film/card, photos of your family, business cards, cash for the last three hours at the bar and wear comfortable shoes for mingling.

The Reunion Memories package includes a Class Reunion DVD, a collection of photos from the reunion set to music in creating a lasting slide show of the reunion, and a reunion directory, a collection of alumni mailing and email addresses and other personal information. Purchase both and save … a $38.00 value for only $33.00. Pre-ordered directories will be distributed at the reunion with the DVD mailed to your home after the reunion. Not attending, the Reunion Memories package will be mailed within three weeks after the reunion. Please add $5.00 for postage and mailing if not attending.
Reunion Directory
Attending or not, a reunion directory can be purchased for $23.00. Please add $3.00 for shipping if not attending.
Reunion DVD
A photographer will be at the reunion taking candid photos throughout the reunion. Attending or not, a photo DVD can be purchased for $15.00. Please add $3.00 for shipping if not attending.

Here’s a great way to promote your business and let your fellow classmates know what you’re doing. Send in a business card or B/W camera-ready art and we’ll reproduce it in the reunion directory. Ads with payment must be submitted no later than by October 10.
